A Message From the Oxford Family

Family and Friends of the Oxford Collection of hotels,
We would like to take this opportunity to connect with you and reassure you that as always, your safety, security, and peace of mind remain our highest priorities.

We are an essential business and we will remain open so that we can continue to support our communities and our guests. Here are some of the changes that we have implemented to support you and your travel plans during this time:

Increased Sanitization Measures:

We have added enhanced precautionary sanitization measures to our already rigorous standards for housekeeping and cleanliness, including increased frequency of cleanings in public and high-touch areas.

Antibacterial Stations:

Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes are available throughout the property for guests and staff.

Social Distancing:

We are enforcing social distancing measures in our lobby and throughout public use areas.

Staff Training:

As we continue to monitor the ever-changing situation, we are working closely with our staff to provide training and ensure that best practices are being followed for the protection of our guests.

  • Complimentary Grab N Go Breakfast: While our breakfast buffet and evening receptions are temporarily suspended, we are still providing our guests with healthy, to-go breakfast options.

  • Worry-Free Cancellation: For reservations made prior to March 16, 2020 on stays through June 30, 2020 – we are implementing our most flexible cancellation policy. These reservations can be canceled, without penalty, up to 24 hours in advance. For reservations made via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals, you will need to contact your booking provider for information on their policies

  • Temporary Closure of Public Areas: Our Fitness Centers, Pools, Spas, Saunas, and Steam Rooms are closed until further notice.​

  • Oxford Hotel Bend Changes: Valet Services, Shuttle Services, and Turn-Down Service have been suspended at our Hotel property in Bend, OR until further notice.

As an independent, family-owned business – we are fortunate to have the freedom and flexibility to do things differently and move more quickly to roll out measures that go above and beyond the recommendations of state and local governments. We are committed to caring for you as though you were a member of our own family, because to us – you are.
