The Minnesota Ballroom

Oxford Hotel Bend’s signature space. The Minnesota Ballroom features 2,034 sq. ft. of space for weddings, celebrations, and corporate get-togethers for up to 175 guests. A/V offerings include two 100-inch diagonal drop-down screens and one 130-inch diagonal drop-down screen.

An equally inspired setting for small receptions and seated events of up to 60 guests, the Bond Room offers framed photos of jazz greats designed to inspire. A double-walled drop-down divider is able to partition the space, and one 100-inch diagonal drop-down screen is available.

Stylish and refined, the Lava Room is the ideal backdrop for receptions of up to 100 guests, as well as for seated, conference-style events. A double-walled drop-down divider is able to partition the space, and one 130-inch diagonal drop-down screen is available.

Gather your key players and get together in the Oregon Boardroom. At 426 sq. ft., the space offers a relaxing and productive setting, located just off the main lobby of the hotel and ideal for up to 16 attendees.
